Academy Advantage

Academy Advantage

This is the place you want. The accommodations that are included really make the academy experience amazing, Ellen manages everything seamlessly. I shared the house with a roommate/ classmate, and half of our class was also living in the same neighborhood so it was great for studying. Ellen was super willing to provide anything we might want/ need. For instance; we wanted some lawn chairs so that we could sit outside (the backyard is perfect for cookouts) and she got us some patio furniture, we also showed interest in having an air fryer and she got one for us. They seriously provide everything you’d have at home, from cleaning supplies and toilet paper to Roku TVs and clerical supplies. The beds are super comfortable, couches are great. Everything about it is simply untroubled and you feel at home. Comparing my experience to other classmates, this is the best deal I could’ve gotten. It’s also super close to the academy (6 min drive), and close to Walmart and some other restaurants. Just stop looking elsewhere and contact her so you can book your stay.
I loved living at Academy Advantage. Ellen is so accommodating and puts in a lot of effort to make sure you are comfortable in your home. Ellen is always available for your questions and concerns via text or call. I lived with a classmate and it worked out nicely because we each have our own bedroom/bathroom and the houses are spacious enough to allow for privacy. Another great thing is that there are multiple houses in the same neighborhood run by Academy Advantage and the FAA crash pads so majority of my classmates lived here and we were able to walk over to each other’s houses to study and hang out. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The houses are nicer and newer than Kim’s place and so much closer to campus. You won’t have a landlord better than Ellen at other housing providers and it really puts Academy Advantage above the rest.
This was a great place to stay. Ellen is the nicest person ever and constantly checked in with me to make sure that I had everything I needed and more. The house I stayed at is in a great neighborhood. Really quiet. Super close to the academy. If I ever have to come back to OKC for radar I’ll be staying here again.
Best option in town. I stayed at the Tennessee house while attending the academy at the beginning of the 2022. My stay was excellent in its entirety. I cannot stress the perks about Academy Advantage enough. The drive to MMAC is less than ten minutes. The house is clean, spacious and I was a fan of the vaulted ceilings. I was extended by seven business days due to weather and Ellen had no problem with it at all. It was truly home away from home.
Would highly recommend staying here! Very informative and very nice when first began inquiring. Very easy move in process. Great house they had available fully furnished with a backyard and 2 car garage. Supplied all essential items that you could imagine you might need like in the kitchen for cleaning, in the bathroom, blankets and all in between. very close to the academy, took about a 5 minute drive. Was also able to bring my dog. Anatole wanted to charge me a ridiculously 800 pet deposit, 400 non refundable. Had no complaints and felt right at home the entire time. Plus and questions were quickly answered
I stayed at the sw 90th location on the southeast side of the airport from April till June. Hands down the best housing. Its in a quite neighborhood thirteen minutes from MMAC. Traffic was never a problem the entire time I stayed. Plenty of food vendors and other things in the area. Ellen and Connie made sure I had everything I needed. They already had a ton of cooking supplies. Pots pans crockpot etc. It has a two car garage. It has two rooms each with their own closet, full bathroom, roku tv, xbox and electronic pin coded lock on each door. My classmates places didn’t have anything. Not even a can opener lol. They had a cramped spaces with no shelter for their car. This isn’t a supped up hotel room, it’s half a duplex all to yourself and roommate. They’ll help pay for groceries. Pets are allowed. If you’re worried about getting together to study then you’ll have to drive out to meet them or zoom which is what I did. You have no noise from the airport. Very little traffic noise. The neighbors Ken and Steve are friendly and even supportive haha I cannot recommend this place enough. Very pleased with my stay. One of my classmates stayed in a newly bought location and he loved it too. Same set up I had.
