Those dates were posted prior to them sending the lists to the vendors. It looks like the front end dates have moved up a few weeks based on the vendors available. If there's any update on the back end or if the notification date of 11/30 changes, I'll update you guys.

Got mine while at work. Says it was sent at 5:15 PM (I am assuming PST) because I didn't receive it in my email until about 8:15 PM EST

No updates on the internal site today. @liondave is patient zero. Glad to hear they've stuck by their original timeline. As others have stated. It's not a one click, send all, emails will continue throughout the day.

Depends on which pool you're in. All eligible Pool 1 applicants will move on to the AT-SA, all pool 2 applicants who previously passed the BA will move on to the AT-SA. The only people who are being removed at this point are the ones who didn't meet the minimum qualifications for their respective pool and the pool 2 applicants who did not pass the BA. There's always some semblance of hope until your status is officially updated on USAJobs. You'll hear stories each panel of people trickling in late.

You will receive one. If you haven't gotten one by the morning, give HR a call. This round is simply eliminating the people who did not pass the BioQ.
