It appears that way...

EDIT: I misread what you wrote.... I believe it is a pool 1/ pool 2 thing... So as long as it says you are referred for one of the two I believe you are still good to go

I had the sane thing. I think there are the 2 lists, one for Pool 1 and one for Pool 2, only going to make one or the other.

Super confused now. Are there applicants that have a negative message for both referral lists? I have one negative and one positive.

The way it was last year is that there was a list generated for each pool and whichever you applied under was the one that said referred but it still told you that you weren't for the other list. Kind of confusing and misleading but not exactly a surprise.

It is really confusing. The referral list seem to have a sequential number in which the first one says accepted, I am a Pool 1 applicant, and the second one with the copay and pasted text says "not included". Doesn't make much sense to send a notification for both pools if I am under only one of them.

I thought it was for band 1 and band 2. Band 1 scored higher on the atsa than band 2 but both passed the test.
