My understanding is that the first referral is for pool 1 and second is pool 2. From the screenshot you posted it seems you applied as pool 2 and are referred.

Seems to be the case. Just a disclaimer though, this is my understanding as I am in the same boat as you. Just based on the information I have gotten from the very informative folks answering my copious amount of questions here and from other information I have seen around the interwebs.

You may or you may not get a TOL... Depends on your ATSA score, which they will not tell you. You'll just have to wait and see if you get a TOL or not.

So I guess referral list 40 is for both pools, and 41 is for the people who got eligible for further consideration awhile ago!

So looks like the list was created 11-20-2017 which means we will probably start seeing TOLs roll out for vets here pretty soon I'd guess. They've been sitting on the list for over two weeks.

I just read through last years bid thread:
2 weeks- 10 point vets pool 1
5 weeks- 5 point vets pool 1
6 weeks- CTI grads pool 1
7 weeks- pool 2

Yeah they are already behind the pace of last year's TOL's.
