How do I reset it without calling the it folks again?

Sign in to an FAA computer without your PIV. You will be prompted to change your password. Then log in with you PIV.

So I’m no tech expert, but if they have all of the LES data (which they appear to) and the Employee Express site is still up and running, what exactly is the problem? The people in charge of this literally have one job every 2 weeks.

Best guess is due to the .gov outage maybe Admin couldn’t upload hours/info?
