It's a really messed up system. If the class hypothetically goes 1/16, then the lone GOAT is forced to go choose between ZNY, ZAN and ZSU in these latest 2 lists? Yet if they go 4/16, the #1 guy gets great options like ZDC, ZTL, ZDV, and ZAU?
