I have not gotten one, HR told me back in August my application was sent to the ATO for placement.

I wonder how they go about deciding who gets one and who doesn't....

I have no clue my HR rep actually gave me my ATOs email, it’s sent from ATO to a specialist that looks at your prior exp, then sends a list back to ATO then emails you.

So what's the reasoning for the FAA sending out lists to people who just cleared. I cleared back in July/early August and have been told I am awaiting a placement. Just curious if anyone has any insight? Thanks.

they have these SME review your resume and match you with different facilities. Some of these people have been affected by the hurricanes lately and has slowed the process. I’m in the same boat as you I’ve been waiting since early July. They said the deadline is November 9th for all the SMEs to get back to the ATO office with their lists so they can send them out.
