Did anyone else get a "friendly reminder" email? Asking for the dates that you completed or have scheduled the items on the CIL. Came from the C420-Patriots email address.

Class dates and confirmation that your documentation is still current and accurate.

I sent my confirmation, and LM responded that I should be getting my FOL before end of week.

That's where I'm at. I find it unlikely given the holiday to happen this week. It's great to have a date talked about but without an FOL it doesn't mean much for me.

Yup, me too. I completed everything by 12/11.

I bet the friendly reminder email was like “we were about to reach out but we didn’t get something from your security POC, and they’re off this week, help” lol.

Mine was for all medical stuff. I know for sure that they received my physical and MMPI was processed correctly, I'm guessing it was the drug test that they really wanted to know about. The place I went to had no idea what the heck they were doing and I'm guessing I'm going to have to pee again :/

I got that friendly reminder for security info, just after getting my class date it scared me haha. I completed it all by 12/03. As long as the fingerprint/DOT 1631 didn't get lost in the mail, it should all be fine.

Why does it not mean much without the FOL? Seems almost like a formality if you've got the class date.

Like any job it wouldn't mean much to me until I had an offer letter in hand to sign. Anything can happen otherwise, and in this case it's particularly pertinent because of the very short time-frame to settle my affairs locally before leaving.
I'm happy that I have a date don't get me wrong, I'm just being dramatic about the timeline.

Yep! Less than an hour after I messaged medical POC giving them the dates and asking if I needed to do anything else for them. Thought it was related, but I guess not ?‍♂️

Okay, so mostly personal matters. I was half guessing that was what you meant. Fair enough. And I would assume they will actually get me an FOL by week's end - they will probably have people back at work on Th/Fri to get them out.

Well I thought I had everything done. I got a call from the place that did my drug test and they must have done something wrong because my sample was returned to them. They said they are going to try to send it again. ?‍♂️

I got one and I’ve finished everything, so I just emailed back the dates I completed everything.

Anyone know anything about applying to the Jan 2020 bid while I currently have a TOL in for 2019? Basically trying to push back the class date to late 2020 for some personal stuff.

Am in a similar situation. Has anyone ever gotten 2 TOLs?

Got the "friendly reminder" email. Everything done except MMPI2 (scheduled 1/10) and I realized I never received the DD 1631. I emailed my Security POC for it.

If you haven't received any email requesting additional information then you are probably fine. Just keep on with your daily routine and when the call or email comes then things will move from there.
