Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-19-ALLSRCE-61676

Roger that. We'll see what happens then I guess. Appreciate that. That's also a negative with the SF-86...
So it will ask for your supervisor's name, phone number, and physical address. Put those, but also, there's a spot for comments, in my Disney scenario, I explained about the whole situation and also added HR's number and mailing address which I found in a Google search. They probably already know it, but it wouldn't hurt to help them out. That way, since I knew they weren't going to be able to reach out to the person I put as my supervisor, they still had a number they could try.

Yeah that's not a bad idea so that'll be the plan. Sounds like FedEx has an automated system to verify employment. Probably what my boss is going to point them to

So, I'm in the same boat with this and have to get a "current status" of things I was on medication for.. have you made it past that part or not? I'm wondering what else is next

I was requested to take an additional eye exam due to a past prescription which I did and was sent to medical. I was also asked to send in info from a visit to a cardiologist I had earlier this year. I've submitted that and it is pending the Flight Surgeon's review. Hopefully shouldn't take too long.

Has anybody taken a dog with them to the academy? I'm single, no family for thousands of miles, and the family I do have is going to be on vacation for some of the time I'll be at the academy, probably. I don't have a date yet but it seems like it will be early in 2020.

Is it feasible to bring my dog with me. Alternatively I'd have to have her with people I don't know well for a month and I don't like that at all.

Is the academy 8 hour days 5 days a week? Is the pay based on 40 hours per week? Will I be spending an additional 20 hours a week studying?

I'm currently working 13 hour days and my dog does just fine with it as long as we exercise.

Thanks! I haven't received anything except a TOL yet.

Should be perfectly fine to bring your dog to OKC. 🙂 Kim's Place, for example, accepts cats or dogs with an additional deposit, so you probably wouldn't be the first to bring their pet along.

Not sure how much studying will be involved, though.

you’ll be paid for 8 hour days, your shifts will be 8.5 hours with a lunch. And how much extra you study is dependent on how much you want to pass and how easily you retain information. As was previously stated, multiple places take pets and multiple people in my class took them. It’s just going to be an extra deposit wherever you go.

One of my friends brought her dog. She lived at Kim's and it was fine.

I brought two dogs and stayed at Anatole. My wife was with me but there were days they were in the apartment most of the day. Anatole also has a small dog park which is super handy.

Did anyone else not upload the dot form or the 306 at the end of the eqip? I just emailed them to my POC. I keep missing the small details since I’m doing all this while I work ?

I had already emailed the DOT Form 1634 form to my POC per her instructions, and was approved on the OF-306 during EODS. I didn't see any mention to uploading those to e-QIP, but I could have missed it. Locked out now, so no chance to check, but haven't been emailed asking for anything extra either.

Sent in 306 with eods stuff, mailed in the dot form with my fingerprints. I don't think you were supposed to attach those to the equip

Emailed my HR POC to see if he had any updates on MMPI-2, Medical, and Background info. He said he hasn't heard anything yet on my clearances. Was hoping for a January start date 🙁

How long ago did you complete each thing and what are your POC's initials? Debating whether or not I should reach out to my POC.
