I got my list today! Any suggestions?View attachment 3013
Not sure why LAN is listed as a 7. We’re a 6 officially but a downgrade is definitely coming. AZO absorbed the TRACONs of LAN, MBS, FNT, GRR, and MKG.
What happens to your pay when you get down graded? Does it stay the same? Go down?
Our thread is pretty dead compared to other hiring bids. The one before and after us have way more pages of comments.
Same hereI think a lot of people already got through the process. I'm still waiting on my facility list.

Usually the next week. I think I got my list Thursday and then assignment on Tuesday. How quick was the process after you guys got your facility lists? Like, the time between sending your list back and your start date? If anyone has gotten that far.
When's your start date?Usually the next week. I think I got my list Thursday and then assignment on Tuesday.
They'll give you 3 start date options, like 2 weeks out 4 weeks and 6 weeks roughly depending on the pay period.
What facility did you get? And congratulations!True indeed. Just got an email asking for dates for POC. And my start date is just a month away. Fuckin' finally.

Good deal, that’s a good perspective to have, keep it. A lot of guys out there don’t get itBrackett Field. KPOC.
It's only a level 5 with no radar, but that means training is less than a year and, accordingly to one of the supervisors I spoke to when I called, transferring should be easy.
They're 91% staffed already so I imagine I'll be checked out and dipping out relatively soon.
Word of advice don't take stock on anyone telling you transferring will be easy folks have been trying to leave well staffed facilities for a while with no luck.Brackett Field. KPOC.
