Can anyone explain how the pay works? Is it AG pay plus the locality/CIP pay? Or do we just get what’s stated as AG pay by itself?

I believe that pay already includes locality pay and any CIP pay. That’s why you see some level 5 facilities paying almost the same as some level 7s. I was confused myself until someone explained it for me
