My HR rep reached out this morning at around 8:20am EST with my EODS stuff. CIL comes after the EODS.
The forms date themselves after you sign and save the form.Did anyone else have trouble dating the EODS forms?
Entrance on Duty System... a bunch of new hire forms/paperwork.I haven’t heard anything past them telling me they received my TOL acceptance. What exactly is EODS?
Nice, it seems like they're moving quick.Just had my EODS forms approved.
who is your HR rep if you don't mind me asking? I still don't even have EODS info. I'm hoping my lady was just off work today or something.Received CIL today at 3:53PM EST
I applied in 2019, prior CPC at a tracon, and enroute cpc-it. My 2019 TOL was enroute. I had also just got a dod job in Germany and was awaiting paperwork. By the time the CIL email rolled in I had accepted the overseas gig and I turned down the FAA TOL, without even opening the CIL paperwork email. As my Germany gig is winding down and covid effing things up, I reapplied in January. I did a quick email searched for the 2019 documents and read the CIL stuff to find that the CIL showed TERMINAL. I'm assuming the change must have been related to the Experience Survey that have you take. The TOL I received for this 2021 bid shows TERMINAL, I wonder if it'll get changed to ENROUTE? lolMy TOL said “ Enroute “ specialty. Does anyone know if I’ll be offered only Enroute facilities... btw only FAA experience is 3+ years CPC Enroute
I don’t want to drop her full name but her initials are DP. I can DM you her name if you want itwho is your HR rep if you don't mind me asking? I still don't even have EODS info. I'm hoping my lady was just off work today or something.
So if you quit the agency and reapply on a prior experience bid months later, you’ll just get your previous facility as your “list” and nothing else?It also applies to bids. They will only offer you your prior facility.
Source: FAA HR person from the hiring bid contact info.
Additional insight: I applied to the 2020 prior xp bid less than 1 year from leaving the FAA.
Yes, I believe it’s within a yearSo if you quit the agency and reapply on a prior experience bid months later, you’ll just get your previous facility as your “list” and nothing else?
After a year out of service, you would get a list of multiple places? Anything you’re eligible for that is under the national average I’m guessing?Yes, I believe it’s within a year
After a year of being gone you can apply directly to any facility you want through the CPC Reinstatement process and not wait for a prior experience bid. After a year out of service, you would get a list of multiple places? What if I were never CPC and only had D-side certifications at an en route level 12 facility? Would this process apply to me?After a year of being gone you can apply directly to any facility you want through the CPC Reinstatement process and not wait for a prior experience bid.

Which seems like a great option but I keep hearing that most facilities/ATMs have no idea about the process. My worry is not being able to get an ATM on board because of lack of knowledge of the reinstatement process. After a year of being gone you can apply directly to any facility you want through the CPC Reinstatement process and not wait for a prior experience bid.
Majority of people teach the ATM. If it's worth their time they'll work with yaWhich seems like a great option but I keep hearing that most facilities/ATMs have no idea about the process. My worry is not being able to get an ATM on board because of lack of knowledge of the reinstatement process.
Really? Then what do they mean in the vacancy announcement when they say:You wouldn’t be eligible under previous experience bids if that were your only experience.
