I had a sup demand one from me before I left to go DoD, basically told her to kick rocks and that it was an interagency transfer.

Reddit fednews is a good sub. Those guys bounce around between agencies all the time so they know what’s up. This question gets asked sometimes

My ATM was cool when I transferred to DoD, I wrote up a letter saying I was transferring interagency on this (date) and signed it. That was fine with everyone. I did all that once I had a firm offer letter with a date though.

I never provided them with anything. Download any and all SF50's or anything you ever want access to again, from employee express. You won't have access anymore.
