MJ every time I click on one of the links for the Priority tool for whatever month, it just flashes and nothing opens. Any ideas?

yes, it coincides with whatever month is the most recent on the update tab.

what determines the order of facilities here? doesn't seem to follow projected staffing on the PPT

also is this the order they use for ncept when it comes to what facilities pick first?
