I changed and submitted my PAC reduction to $0 back in November via the website, selecting OTHER and inserting $0. They're still taking PAC deductions from my pay.

How long does it take to process pulling PAC money???
When I changed my contribution to $0 I had to call the National office and ask for a form. Filled it out and sent it back to them.

If you go to the Member’s Home (on the NATCA website), Documents, Docs & Forms, Legislative Forms…you’ll find it there.

I’ve seen mine go up after one pay period when I used to raise it, they are probably
not processing the ones that reduce it, might have to call or email the national office and hopefully you have the confirmation of when you reduced it.

The argument is tired.
If NATCA leadership went into a facility and wiped their asses with union funds in front of members, and the members left the union, there would still be people calling them losers/freeloaders/etc for utilizing the benefits of a contract that was negotiated (checks notes) 9 years ago.

Assuming said people aren't attending meetings, using union internet/spaces, eating union holiday food, hopping on union yachts.. that's sufficient detachment from the benefits.

We can’t vote anyone out if we all quit. (Not that we’ve be able to so far)

This is what I’m saying. I just feel a little helpless (I guess everyone does). Nick extends the contract. He knows everyone will bitch and complain. He even gives us a pedestal to do it three times (town hall). After those calls I guarantee he chuckles and goes on his merry way. As long as we’re paying them they don’t care. Because they’re gonna get paid. We’re just paying into the scam and we’re helpless. Idk what I’m saying or what point I’m trying to make. I guess it’s all just hitting now. The higher ups know what they’re doing. But us down low, what are we doing? How can we make noise. Because the guys up top know they’re gonna get yelled at. But if they keep getting paid they don’t care.

Files a lawsuit for his $5 back meanwhile continues to use all of the benefits of being in the union.

This guy is the definition of a fucking loser.
You're like a broad who comes across an eight year old photo of her still on the ex's facebook page one lonely night...which naturally means he misses you, thinks of you every moment, and will text message first thing in the morning just to "check-in".

NO MA'AM, WE ARE NOT HAVING BABIES TOGETHER. GO AWAY. IT'S OVER!!*

*Even though I still have that hot thong you used to wear thrown somewhere in the bottom of my dresser drawer.

Careful everyone, I'm no epidemiologist, but it would be a shame if there was some kind of a wildcat flu that caught and spread through some high level facilities. Could be more devastating than bird, blue, or swine flu if transmitted to enough people...
