How do I find the changes in a new approach plate?

Solution
Easiest way is SkyVector. Pull up the IAP and there will be a "two-pages" icon at the top. Click on that and it shows a draggable slider that you can move to reveal the changes.

That's an overlay of the two changed-doc pages published by the FAA. If you go to the D-TPP and search for the airport you want, the doc list will show a "compare" link. That's what SkyVector is showing you.
