Medical Medical Retirement info

anyone have information on medical retirements? I have found basic federal medical retirements, but nothing specific towards ATC.

Ie, do you get SS supplement once you hit retirement age? When they calculate percentages, is your ATC @1.7 if you haven’t hit 20 years good times? Do you get 60% for just 1 year and then 40% until you hit Federal retirement age of 62? Or is it 30 years, counting your military buy back?
