I worked at Key West for 2 years, came from a Level 9 up/down, certified on NQX approach in 3.5 weeks, and enjoyed working traffic there immensely.

If you have questions ask, but I will tell you the 2152 civilians are the best I have ever worked traffic with.

What can you expect for housing costs? Base housing? Any cheap shitty studio apartments on the island?

Edit: Oh wow they actually talk about cost of living in the bid. "A single room in a house can rent ~$1,200+ a month." lol that's so real.

Yep, base housing is available but it could take anywhere from 6 months to a year. A 3 bed / 3 bath (about a year ago) ran me 1850 a month on Truman Annex, until then I had to rent an apartment (studio) that was about 2250 a month.
