Does anyone know how to find the facility ranking lists for Ncept? Trying to figure out of those trying to leave my facility, where their desired facilities are ranked reference where I am trying to go.

Okay thank you very much! By chance do you know if the cat1/cat2 release date pertains to the releasing facility or the gaining facility?

They're based off of the releasing facility. The thresholds are in the FAQs
