My facility released one, I have an ERR on file to a location 17 spots higher on the priority demand sheet than the one selected, can someone help me understand how that works?
NCEPT priority doesn’t mean the facility can pick anyone up. No idea why the priority list includes places that can’t select anyone.

Check out the projections and it gets even worse. ZOA was projected 86% before the panel and already had 76 trainees in the building, with 9 more committed inbound. 6 more this panel makes it 15 inbounds. They were already at 33% trainee/cpc ratio before the panel. And they still took one from you guys when you were projected 63%.

I think there should be some discretion with the MOUs. Like the MOU facilities can only pull from places that have better actual and AOB and projected staffing than them at the time of the ppt. They shouldn't be pulling from places that are even shorter than they are.
