I tried to utilize the EAP for counseling and it took 2 weeks to get a call back and when I did they said there were no providers in my area. Then they said be on the lookout for a call for an appointment tbd.

EAP says they can help with child care but they just do the same Google search for daycares in your town anyone else could easily do
