NDJH - The Yacht - A Three-Region Convention Dinner

I just wanted change.

It was and it worked. I’m glad it worked. Leadership straight up didn’t know how mad people were until this passed year. And trust me they were made aware long before that.

Yes they tried really hard. It’s amazing you think that’s an insult.

This is untrue

The runoff was a much needed slap in the face. But I don’t know what you’re so proud of, those 1200 would’ve voted for my fridge and I don’t blame them. And in the end you just Ralph Nader’d the incumbency back into power.

Also false
In the end he stopped Walmart Paul and Trish from ruining this union and sending Nick and Jamaal back to their facilities.

It’s too low. And it’s because the membership has given up.
I guess if you want to rewrite history you could say that, but again our turnout has always been around that with the exception of the runoff 15 plus years ago when 9000ish showed up. Honestly, I anticipate around 8,000 will show up this runoff. Outside of that I would actually say our percentage is about expected and lines up with pretty much every election since our creation.

I literally said I don’t think that’s the case. I said it’s a possible explanation.
Still baffled at your ire towards collaboration btw.
I do not have an ire towards collaboration, what our Union has been doing is well beyond collaboration, we have essentially been doing managements job and hardly ever use traditional methods to the point that many of our people and reps don't know how to file a grievance. There is a time to collaborate and there is a time to use traditional labor methods, I feel as if our Union has forgotten how to balance that. Perfect example would be your former facility not filing grievances on pay issues, my building played that game 2 years ago. They continue screwing our pay for months, until we filed grievances and now, we have 2 payroll clerks to ensure it gets done correctly as a resolution to our grievances. When it comes to missed pay or leave, it should not even be a question to file a grievance as a place holder.

You didn’t NCEPT? How’d you get where you are? Did anyone else you know use the same process? I mean it’s hard for them when others are able to use other means to get what they want and jump them.

I’m glad Rich proposed in the next contract at least 1 person must be released from a facility each year. That’s a whole lot of new movement every year
Exactly 0% of this post makes any sense

Imagine if they would have gotten scared and extended before trumps campaign turned into a total disaster.
imagine if the FAA saw nicks motion and came to rich and said this is the last time we will offer an extension and then Rich was bounf by nick and his gangs idiocy.

I honestly don’t think Nick even understands to this day what the motion he made was. But ya know put him in charge
