Duffy has been talking about raising the retirement age the whole times he’s been secretary. He can’t make it 61 without congress. The airlines tried to get the pilots aged raised and it failed last year

Where do you get there is no waiver requirement ?

By making the max age 61 instead of 56. No waiver required up to 61.

Edit: No waiver required = no reset in seniority.

Check NATCA's Instagram. They even concede Duffy does have that power. And so does POTUS.
