Medical New option for BCBS

I was browsing the OPM website this morning and noticed BCBS has a new option called FEP Blue Focus. Open season is around the corner, and for those about to go to the academy this might be a good option if you're looking for cheap coverage with a good provider.

Anyone a thinking of switching from basic to this? Pros and cons?

From first glance it looks like your copay will be cheaper ER visits are cheaper, but if you need to be admitted to the hospital it will cost more out of pocket. Personally for me with 2 kids I think I'm sticking with the basic plan, or maybe switch to GEHA.
