You'd have to prove you were wronged in some way I'd think, like a facility only you had in for didn't pick anyone up, no one got released from your facility, and the numbers dictated that it should have happened. It'd probably be a tough sell, but I'm no expert.

So many of you seem shocked at the sight of a 4-12 transfer, as though this panel is the only one to include such an event.

There have been multiple NCEPT panels where this jump in level transfer has taken place (Ex: mid/late 2018 BPT to ZLA, before “dynamic decisions” became the meme it is today).

Update your PAC contributions, donate to GoFundMe’s, and keep chapstick nearby. You’ll maybe have a chance the next round. But probably not.
