No they’re not processed via NCEPT. They just show up on the lists because this agency is run by absolute fucking retards

I didn't have any comments on mine.. and ERR'd from my first facility with 0 months cpc time on the paperwork. I put in paperwork 2 weeks after qualifying, 7 to 12.. must mean there isn't any real requirements for it, just entirely up to the ATM.
