Multiple boats in distress, sinking at Trump Boat Parade on Lake Travis
Antifa has submarines now!!
it’s my constitutional right to make wake! If you don’t want to get swamped just buy a bigger boat!

Never been at a Z but every trainee or cpc I’ve seen with this they just work the Leave into your new schedule. So if you still wanted those same days off you could take w-f off the first week and m-t the next week. Or whatever. So here’s a random question of the day: what happens with bid annual leave if you’re on a different schedule by the time your leave rolls around? For example, you bid for Wed/Thur RDOs, then bid for to have Fri-Tue off in January to get a week off. But then January rolls around, and you’re upstairs in the training dept. on M-F admin schedule. What happens with that week you bid? Just it just stay the same and you would get credited Sat/Sun back?
Yeah my facility let’s anyone who they anticipate will be on the floor at any point the following year, obviously with delays and shit though there’s definitely some overlap.Never been at a Z but every trainee or cpc I’ve seen with this they just work the Leave into your new schedule. At mine if your forced to the new days than you save all leave. If you bid to new days then your kinda on your own and they’ll try to make it work but it’s not guaranteed. So a certified trainee shouldn’t bid the days they make available they should just let them force them to them
Only 1 of 4 facilities I’ve been to had trainees bid completely different leave Spots. Most places I think you would just bid trainee RDOs and then bid leave with the CPCs based on those.rule of thumb for anyone lingering .. when you know certifications are coming - if your facility doesn’t consider you staffing and your RDOs will be changed - BID LEAVE. “Bid as a trainee” or “bid while on admin” is a fun way to get holidays off one last time before you enter forever land of never getting them off until you’re 5 years from retirement.
Just be happy you are back in the facility training you peasantSo here’s a random question of the day: what happens with bid annual leave if you’re on a different schedule by the time your leave rolls around? HolidayRandom question: if you're on EA and request leave on a holiday (so you can't be called in), how is that charged? Annual, Holiday, or what?
I think he’s trying to make a dig at trainees but that’s just meIsn’t that what they call gen Z kids? Sorry if I’m ruining the joke.
Yeah idk. Pretty sure he’s about to be a trainee in the next year or so, so it’s probably more fun than a dig.I think he’s trying to make a dig at trainees but that’s just me
I’m pestering everyone I can think of to start my classroom Tuesday. Well see how that goes, but if they can zoom class, we should be able to do an in person class and socially distance. Shouldn’t fall under the “OJT” umbrella imo.Anyone actually started?
