depends on the flow, but 6 average out of 9. Departure and satellite departure are usually combined unless there’s a big TEB departure push. CRDA is its own position and can only be used on a southwest flow and if winds allow landing 11. When we’re down to 3 even when it’s busy it’s cause we only have like 7 people on shift.
