Kinda. I’ll usually do one swap with people to see how they reciprocate. If they say no to yours it isn’t happening again.

The contract says what your in lieu of day is. Sometimes it’s before sometimes it’s after

I used to be that way but when people don't train for shutdowns and pandemics who knows. Also FAA doing unlimited hours and countless review boards. I think we've washed like 2 in the past couple of years?
