That's so true. #ToughSceneone of the best Twitter follows out there LOL. He's also had significant others die because they havent worn a mask. So tragic.

In 1992, Plan B released the Questionable video; arguably the most influential skate video ever. This was the golden age and turning point in skating that everything is based on today. Mike Carroll's part has 3 tracks from Check Your Head, and--being a Bay Area guy--the last 2 verses from a Del Tha Funkee Homosapien song with Hieroglyphics before they had a major release (as I said before I really miss Oakland). The whole video--but this part in particular--really set the tone of that era.
Never heard of him but it was pretty damn good!sick skate montage. not to be confused w the other more obscure very British PLan B...
Its not. The ability to socially distance, limit exposure to excessive people, and a global pandemic are.Traffic should play no factor in the training hold any longer.
Where? We have handoffs in every day and relief briefings. 0 COVID cases since the beginning. If the masks work then time to train. Its not. The ability to socially distance, limit exposure to excessive people, and a global pandemic are.
Lmao what. I sit 2 feet from the r side. Way closer than a trainer would ever sit to me.Its not. The ability to socially distance, limit exposure to excessive people, and a global pandemic are.
Oh yeah my mistake. That’s exactly why everyone uses their 5 (or 10) off as free annual and go around everywhere doing everything. Its not. The ability to socially distance, limit exposure to excessive people, and a global pandemic are.
I never sit within about ten feet of anyone else. Apparently my facility is doing a better job at social distancing than yours are. And the FAA isn't going to put us in a bubble. They literally have no way to control what we do outside of work. I do my best to follow the CDC guidelines outside of work.Where? I mean it’s not really possible when they have to open the d side or handoffI never sit within about ten feet of anyone else. Apparently my facility is doing a better job at social distancing than yours are. And the FAA isn't going to put us in a bubble. They literally have no way to control what we do outside of work. That’s why the argument from the anti-training crowd continuously shifts. It starts with “iTs AbOuT sAfEtY, i DoNt WaNnA gEt CoViD aNd DiE.” Then you mention how people all over the NAS are treating the 5 or 10 off which is INTENDED to help people isolate/quarantine like free leave and traveling/gathering with others etc, and suddenly the “well they can’t control what I do outside of work” argument pops up. Then when all else fails, say traffic is too low to train. Rinse, and repeat. If we train we cannot keep our current schedules. Lets not pretend it is anything besides keeping this free leave gravy train going.
Well they get covid on the 5 off then they can infect the trainee. Duh.That’s why the argument from the anti-training crowd continuously shifts. Is that not what it’s for?Oh yeah my mistake. That’s exactly why everyone uses their 5 (or 10) off as free annual and go around everywhere doing everything.
That’s great for your facility. We have all sectors open and D sides for a good chunk of the day, back on BWS. So what’s the excuse for not training. Certainly not social distancing, certainly not schedule, certainly not trafficI never sit within about ten feet of anyone else. Apparently my facility is doing a better job at social distancing than yours are. And the FAA isn't going to put us in a bubble. They literally have no way to control what we do outside of work. You think the bad controllers are the ones that want to trains or the ones that are content with being on leave forever? The point of the reduced schedules is to reduce the number of people in the building.
But I am actually for training. It’s time to start a wash to get rid of useless shit stains on here.
Scare tactic for more gub’mint cheddah. Skywest and Southwest are out there balls to the wall.Delta set to furlough nearly 20% of their pilot workforce in Oct. Anyone who thinks traffic is going to rebound to pre-COVID numbers anytime soon is living in a fantasy land. What we’re seeing now is the new normal. Traffic should play no factor in the training hold any longer.
You cannot possibly work with 3 feeders 3 finals and 3 monitors in triple arrivals without being arm in arm with the other controllers. We’ve been doing it since late May. 1 positive case from a person who’s been out since March so they didn’t get it here. Maybe social distancing works, maybe we just all have incredible luck ( highly unlikely with 100+ controllers ) I’m glad you follow the CDC guidelines, make sure you wear your mask in your car.I never sit within about ten feet of anyone else.
