Huh? MNsalty ran his mouth and said he had issues with me. I sent him a PM to lay out his issues and he couldn’t be bothered to discuss them. Yet, every single day he wants to bitch about training and disregarding the entire reason we (agency and union) are social distancing! To avoid spreading COVID-19 leading to a loss of ATC services. So the -25 comment was a stab to get him to man up and bring his grievances to the table. He wants to shit talk a facility he has neither worked at visited. It will be a quick checkout from the time you start training. If the directive says that we train on the traffic we have, then most people will check out at minimums. At least at the facilities that are still running 5/10 or 5/5. Im just talking about training hours, not training time with delays in there.I fixed it.
