If you can find it, Mr. Black is an amazing cold brew coffee liqueur. 1.5oz of Buffalo Trace + .5oz Mr. Black + 3-4 dashes of bitters and muddled sugar cube makes a great coffee old fashioned.

It really chaps my ass that they have to do these training updates over zoom instead of a 3 sentence email. It's always some big production and the "update" is always a nothingburger or a small, flaccid, hairy non-factor. They just started phase 1 so I know my ass ain't gonna be back soon.

So what did they say? It’s probably so they can do it on official time so they can work even less
 
If there are any pilots on this forum, and you just so happened to file an ASAP recently through a facility in the northern portion of the US, I’d personally like to suggest that you “get fucked” and find something serious to whine about next time you feel obligated to file anything about any facility.

When I was at a Mid-Atlantic tower in the city where “The Wire” took place, calls would be made on my perceived favoring of a low cost carrier.
“He made us stop and sent ‘LUV’ around us”
“We were told to position and hold full length while the ‘LUV’ behind us took an intersection departure”

I was never that great of a tower controller.
 
One of my worst was “approach, this is the worst visual approach I’ve gotten in 20 years”

Can aircraft currently on an IFR flight plan opertate within the confines of restricted airspace without cancelling? Is there any reason you could not clear them to operate within the confines and give them an altitude to maintain?

No cus you can’t ensure separation so you’d have to cancel before they enter. And if it’s active the airspace is delegated to the using agency.

But would the separation not be what is prescribed as standard separation from special use airspace IAW .65.
