It’s possible to think the looting was stupid and that the people protesting have a legitimate gripe at the same time. All the partisans on this website can’t imagine someone someone thinking on both sides of an issue because they can’t see anything beyond their own views.
Partisans lack the intelligence necessary to understand the nuance of issues. It’s easier to pick a side and follow blindly!

Yeah it was more like "Really a reality TV star as president? The guy that said you can grab a woman by the pussy and that we should "Take their children away from them" to deal with illegal immigration? Making this guy president might be a bad idea guys."

Is that what bitching and moaning means? We may have different definitions of those words.

That was my reaction anyway...
Don't forget he said we should take the guns away first and worry about due process later

So as a CPC you don’t ever have bad sessions and have to plug back in that day? Recovering from mistakes during a session and rebounding later on after a bad session are an enormous part of this job. Particularly when first being checked out. I hold people to the same standard I hold myself to. If you’re banging once a week, middle of the shift, because of bad sessions that’s weak as hell and creates a bad reputation for you among both trainers and other trainees. Also, where do you work where controllers aren’t dicks lol? I’ve yet to work at a place where everybody wasn’t breaking balls.

But the attitude in which a CPC leaves a bad session vs a trainee are far different. They're in different places in their understanding, progression, and proficiency levels. Trainees are expected to make mistakes and screw up, and have the stress of certifying, doing better next time, performance anxiety, whatever. CPCs don't have that. They a) don't worry about it/don't care, b) just sit down next time and try to do better, or c) say "I didn't kill anyone, so it's fine, and i'm unfireable." It's a totally different mindset.

Multiple times per week of banging is excessive, but I think everyone gets a pass every once and while. If that's what someone needs to mentally reset after a bad session, it's their leave, they've earned it as part of their employment, and it's not your nor my job to judge its use.

Well gentlemen I missed the playoffs in fantasy football by .16 of a point last week and had I advanced I would have beat the #1 seed in my league by 30 points this week. Fuck fantasy football this year. Odds I off myself in a ditch by the end of the night?
