Slate Book Extended Until 2029

Because any half-assed union could have successfully advocated for significant pay raises. Little does the FAA realize that NATCA is a worthless scam.

Decertify this “union” NOW.
Weird. Rich was telling everyone the only reason the FAA didn't want to reopen at that time was because their LR/lawyer teams didn't have the bandwidth to add another contract negotiation to their plate.

Anyone surprised by this has been deluding themselves. The moment trump won NATCA was on the phone trying to get this done before his term started.

Is NATCA going to extend anytime a Republican wins now? It's unacceptable to say you'll renegotiate then act like some 5% training raise is a win and extend. I say 5% because Rich got 20% and once that was done they were never going to take it away.

If the TCI gets changed drastically and we see an overwhelming increase of upgrades then sure I'll be on team NATCA. But it's doubtful. The union is too busy using money on partying than doing useful things.

No no, they negotiated when a democrat won and now when a republican won. Very consistent

So what's NACTA plan when JD Vance gets elected in 2028? Or when Inflation picks up again in the next few years and erodes our earnings? Half the union needs to quit so our dues stop funding wasteful events. They certainly aren't listening to line members, so might as well hurt their pockets.

I honestly think it's better if a controller pissed off Elon and he throws a temper tantrum and fires all of us. Then the government begs us back because they fucked so badly and gives us raises. That's the probably the only way we get raises since we are never negotiating.
