Time-Limited Recruitment Award/Retention Incentive Package

It's crazy that they'll pay AGs 10k to go to facilities that actually have ERRs in to them. So much for seniority
Been wondering about this precedent myself. At what point do we draw the line in the sand and say that the agency is flat out denying career progression among other things??

You’ll pay someone off the street with ZERO experience a 10k bonus to go to a mid level facility with decent pay (location dependent of course) meanwhile tons of CPCs who’ve not only demonstrated the discipline and prowess to certify but WANT to ERR to some of those places and show up everyday and work airplanes and are stuck at low level shit holes for the entirety of their career. Somebody who wanted to move but is forced to retire after 30 years of level 5 destitution vs somebody making the big bucks day one. There will clearly be a TSP difference there among their pension(s).

I don’t understand how NATCA thinks they’re doing a good job. There are two very major issues which are pay and movement (could put staffing with that) and Duffy’s statements in that conference are what we got…

There will be no raises, and there will definitely be no staffing fix likely in our lifetimes. Between the massive bottle neck that is the academy, CRWG numbers going hot very soon and on-the-spot hiring authority for ATMs to pick up prior .mil folks, we are fucked.
