If an ATM or FacRep are unmotivated or do not want to train then they can stall the request to start easily I would think. Why not? They can’t follow instructions?
It’s seems weird that your local wouldn’t want Increased dues or the ability for other members to transferIf an ATM or FacRep are unmotivated or do not want to train then they can stall the request to start easily I would think.
It would be weird. But I’d rather have 5/10 than extra money to send a scammer to CFS lol. It’s seems weird that your local wouldn’t want Increased dues or the ability for other members to transfer
Wouldn’t you be more likely to keep 5/10 with more certified controllersIt would be weird. But I’d rather have 5/10 than extra money to send a scammer to CFS lol.
Not if you have to come off 5/10 to train......Wouldn’t you be more likely to keep 5/10 with more certified controllers
Why would you have to? Can just train combined up if it’s that slowNot if you have to come off 5/10 to train......
DAB is (or was as of last week) 5/15.Are there still places on 5/10 out there? We just got word the other day that we have to expand our hours (just barely) due to increased traffic or some other nonsense (because we don't actually have traffic at any hours of the day) so we are going to 5/5.
Someone could make the argument that you get more training on 5/2 or 6/1 vs 5/5 or 5/10.Why would you have to? Can just train combined up if it’s that slow
Guess I will be putting my papers in for DAB then whenever we can eventually release because that makes them the king of all country clubs.DAB is (or was as of last week) 5/15.
What a country club.ZNY is 5/10 still
Well you obviously would.Someone could make the argument that you get more training on 5/2 or 6/1 vs 5/5 or 5/10.
I don’t think anyone could argue against his point lol. You can also only train on half the usual positions (Unless you apply for a waiver) and only bring in so many trainees before you reach a saturation point. By advocating staying 5/5 or 5/10 you also advocate for fewer trainees to be able to return.Well you obviously would.
The trainees would be spread along the 2 or 3 crews. It depends on the facility I guess wether they can handle it or not. If you can’t handle any training then you are probably already pushing the schedule they are currently on.I don’t think anyone could argue against his point lol.
