I understand, see and agree with the merit that it would be beneficial to have controller input on equipment upgrades or new systems.

But these permanent 114 spots are wild.

What a joke. That program has been dying for some time anyway. Half of the child care facilities at Zs and bigger TRACONs are used for other purposes now.

sssshhhh you wouldn’t understand peasant! Big boy (and girl) facilities only! Just keep paying your dues and let those at facilities with gyms and daycares keep living that cushy life.
