This was my first thought. Maybe they’re making class sizes larger or adding more classes at one timeHopefully "anticipating changes to the academy class schedule" means more classes and/or larger class sizes

For many of our sakes, please pray this is the case. To be this close to a date and be told things are put on hiatus would drive me bonkers. 😛This was my first thought. Maybe they’re making class sizes larger or adding more classes at one time
HR probably lurks on here and laughs at us and our speculations honestly ?For many of our sakes, please pray this is the case. To be this close to a date and be told things are put on hiatus would drive me bonkers. 😛
So two urine tests? One for drugs, ok. The other for what if not drugs?phelps1247
You will give a urine sample at your medical appointment for urinalysis. You will also have a separate date for a drug test at a clinic (most likely) where you submit a urine sample for that purpose specifically. That's all they mean.
The one at the medical exam is checking for diabetes and something else.. I can’t remember what the other one is but I think it was something with kidney function. So two urine tests? One for drugs, ok. The other for what if not drugs?
Oh I just went back and searched for your comment. I honestly just skimmed through these comments to catch up and missed where you said they lurk on here lol smart minds think alikeHR probably lurks on here and laughs at us and our speculations honestly ?
YOU STEALING MY JOKES NINER?!?!
Also just wanna add I have RK as my rep and the horizon guy posted that email from her and now It makes sense. She sent me my email 2 days ago and seemed optimistic so obviously something changed within the last day or two. Damnit.... time to go back to pushing the boundary of how lazy I can get at work while I wait for my real career.
Mmhmmmmmmmmm better hope I don’t see you in OKC!!Oh I just went back and searched for your comment. I honestly just skimmed through these comments to catch up and missed where you said they lurk on here lol smart minds think alike

Thanks man, the question was do I posess a passport so i put no and explained the situation in the comments. Guess ill figure it out later then.So we’re back to “You’ve had how long to get it together?”
I wish you the best in getting it all squared away in time, I’m betting it’ll all work out in your favor. Hopefully you learn from this no matter the outcome though.
I had this same concern and decided to be honest. After submitting my eQip docs, my security rep emailed me for a statement. This was the prompt:I was wondering if anybody has any insight on the "illegal use of drugs or drug activity" portion of the EQIP. I chose to be completely transparent about my past drug use which only comes down to smoking marijuana occasionally from the point of high school ( 2008 ) until late 2019. I haven't touched it in over a year and I don't intend on trying it again, but I am worried that I will be DQ'ed because of my transparency.
As long as you're not a habitual user of drugs, you'll be fine. There's quite a few people that have security clearances with prior drug use even "hard" drugs and felonies. I disclosed drug use and still got my conditional clearance. No personal statements or anything.I had this same concern and decided to be honest. After submitting my eQip docs, my security rep emailed me for a statement. This was the prompt:
Provide a written statement detailing the circumstances that led to your drug use.
· Provide the nature of use (ex. smoking.), frequency, and number of times used.
· Do you currently associate with any individuals that are involved with drugs or controlled substances?
· Do you intend to use any drug or controlled substance in the future? Provide an explanation of why you intend or do not intend to use drugs or controlled substances in the future.
I responded with a short paragraph addressing each question. I've been continuing through the process with no issue so I don't think it will be an auto DQ
I believe they want you to be clean for at least 3 years.I was wondering if anybody has any insight on the "illegal use of drugs or drug activity" portion of the EQIP.
