I dropped that as a possibility because it's an air force bid. I wouldn't think it's Naha international but the bid says it's located in Naha, Okinawa and that's the only airport actually in Naha that I can find
Yea, I edited my comment after looking at the bid.

Man, I kind of miss that damn island.

"That’s rich coming from the party of unlimited government handouts in the form of trillions of dollars that will undoubtedly be covered by Joe Taxpayer. Look at my paystub, under “deductions” is what we all do for our country.

This post is subject to an 8% sales tax by state government ordinance"

.... wait, which party gave a shit ton of handouts to the airlines, and the banks, and then most recently the airlines again?

The whole system is jacked. But remember, voting for anything other than our corrupt two parties is a "wasted vote".

Both parties giving handouts and printing money like it’s going out of style.

Update: My buddy who worked at Futenma said he thinks it's to work "Arrival control" which is basically like a mini approach for Kadena and these controllers work alongside the Japanese approach controllers at Naha.
Yes it’s for the Approach Control that handles Futenma and Kadena but the radar facility is located in Naha. I believe it is located in Naha airport, I would assume it’s in the same radar facility as the Japanese controllers to be honest. At the very least they have Japanese liaisons that work with them.

Shoulda got tested when my wife got it -.- fml
Am I understanding it wrong? If you have Covid it it was your own leave. If you’re exposed you got EA.

And this new MOU says you would only be eligible to get back 2/3 or 3/4 of your leave? And it would show as LWOP which might negatively affect things.

Yah cus they were making people not come in that weren’t sick. But were “exposed”

Sooo did they stop enforcing it at work?

I was exposed in April and was excused 2 weeks. As usual it depends on your RFS. I know more recently someone at work exposed others but they were made to keep working.

Yah the guidelines have changed. Seems like it’s basically back to normal now and no one is getting excused.

I think we are waiting for a alert email
Paul Rinaldi is participating in a national round table

Listening to the Transportation Committee for the first time. They've tested and are testing 3 mile sep in some areas for enroute but certain aircraft don't have the equipment for it. Rep Defazio asked shouldn't that aircraft be put to the back of the line then? Rinaldi said we.may need to move from a "First come, first served" to "Best equipped, best handled" (or some variation).

I do agree with that but kind of a slippery slope with dealing with GA if that changes.

Ask him when we can stop wearing masks if we are vaccinated.
