A lot of these fools think they deserve the top facilities off the batWhat do you mean? All the sweet level 6s are going to have space now!
Yeah it was a little /s thereA lot of these fools think they deserve the top facilities off the bat
Guess it depends on your HR. DoD 2152 here, HR did NOT accept my current secret security clearance, apparently I need a “higher one” ?♂️, and I have to go through medical to get an FAA class 2. Lucky youFor anyone wondering I guess they changed what they accept for CIL stuff you’ve done before or have current, I’m a currently in the DOD as a 2152 and they accept my medical and security clearance that’s current, no MMPI since I did it less than 2 years ago. Only have to do the drug test!
Higher than secret? For whatGuess it depends on your HR. DoD 2152 here, HR did NOT accept my current secret security clearance, apparently I need a “higher one” ?♂️, and I have to go through medical to get an FAA class 2. Lucky you
Public trust foes not equal secret. Atleast thats what I was told.Higher than secret? For what
What? Public trust is lower than secret. Center controllers have secret clearances, so why should he need a top secret clearance to work atc?Public trust foes not equal secret. Atleast thats what I was told.
I was working contract when I rehired, had a secret clearance and still had to get recleared by the faaWhat? Public trust is lower than secret. Center controllers have secret clearances, so why should he need a top secret clearance to work atc?
Name a more iconic duo than our government and inefficient processes.I was working contract when I rehired, had a secret clearance and still had to get recleared by the faa
It’s not an efficient process.
Right. But it's not the same. Hence the issue. Atleast that's how it was explained to me.What? Public trust is lower than secret. Center controllers have secret clearances, so why should he need a top secret clearance to work atc?
Same here. Just renewed mine in 2019. But I’m also from last years bid though.Guess it depends on your HR. DoD 2152 here, HR did NOT accept my current secret security clearance, apparently I need a “higher one” ?♂️, and I have to go through medical to get an FAA class 2. Lucky you
Needs of the FAA.Anyone know if your facility list is a complete crap shoot? Or do you get to pick a region or general area?
Aka complete crap shootNeeds of the FAA.
No it’s not, I’m not arguing that it is. The process is much less stringent, so if he has secret it’s a much higher level and should suffice. The issue was that he said he needed a higher one.Right. But it's not the same. Hence the issue. Atleast that's how it was explained to me.
Just got word from my buddy that the NCEPT panel was delayed. And to answer the gentleman above me, I’m still waiting on my CIL.Gonna be the leftovers from the NCEPT panel that meets tomorrow.
