no number series, but there were a few during the simulator that had multiple operators and some answers with decimals like in those portions of the atcprep programIs the mental arithmetic, number series, and numerical estimation on there?

The more advise you give people the more likely they are to do better than you and in turn get selected instead of you. I understand wanting to help everyone out but don't understand hindering yourself.
I'm more of a believer in karma. I think it's great people are taking the test and the first thought that comes into their mind is "How can I help someone else?" Then actually taking the time to do it. Imagine if everyone at the academy took that mindset as opposed to, "I'm not going to help _____ because then they might score higher then me and select a facility before me."The more advise you give people the more likely they are to do better than you and in turn get selected instead of you. I understand your point. However, I don’t mind it and as I’ve gone by with decade plus years in the Navy- even with those I am “up against”... I will still help others (most especially on Naval advancement exams and boards). The more advise you give people the more likely they are to do better than you and in turn get selected instead of you. Over 5K! Whatever happens, happens 🙂Thousands of people are taking the test, it sounds like he felt he did well so he shouldn't have much to worry about. I took it this afternoon, my sentiment is about the same as yours, felt like I killed the math, radar, and visual parts. Time will tell if I'm right.
That test was rough. I took the AT-SAT in 2015, and upon leaving the testing center that day I felt pretty confident. Yesterday, after taking the ATSA, I felt pretty certain I did poorly. This guide definitely helped mentally prepare me, but I should have practiced a bit on the numeric keypad.
For the spatial relationship viewpoint test, when doing the part with the eye, do you use the eye as your viewpoint or does the eye being present just change your answer for the jet's viewpoint? The practice software I have runs the test the first way, but if I recall correctly the ATSA runs the test the second way. Any help?
You sure because I remember it being that when the eye popped up it was from the point of view of the small aircraft not the eyeYou answer based on what your viewpoint would be if you were the eye, looking in the eyes direction. So the software is right.
When the aircraft is there alone, it’s from the pilot’s POV. When the eye is there, it’s from the eye’s POV. It was like that on both the software and the test. You sure because I remember it being that when the eye popped up it was from the point of view of the small aircraft not the eye
was it like that last year also? When the aircraft is there alone, it’s from the pilot’s POV. When the eye is there, it’s from the eye’s POV. It was like that on both the software and the test.

No idea, but I assume so. I just took the exam yesterday.was it like that last year also?

Can you please tell me what software you used for the prep? Thanks!Just took the the test this AM and here are my take always:
1. ATCprep software is accurate
2. Practice radar sim on level difficult
3. Math problems on sim vary: although I was relying on process of elimination based on the last digit (answers), there were some solutions that entailed the same last digit
4. Radar sim in the actual test is very fast! Math problems dissapeae quickly
5. Memorizing variables and solving for variables: easy.
6. With exception to the radar sim problems I noticed that NONE of the answers exceed the value of 9. For example= A= 4 B= 2 C= 1 what is A,b,c?
Also, A=2 B=1+A, C= A/1 and so on
7. For the logical questions, read carefully. With the exception for the Louise goes to store before Adam and Jessica goes after Trevor but before Louise etc. everything else seemed quite easy.
8. Spatial: is the small aircraft R/L from you? Easy!
9. Spatial: the eye ball will and will not appear in the same subsection. This may throw off some people. I practiced this particular exercise a few times before proceeding with the actual test section.
10. The testing facility I went to, wasn’t quite pleased. They left the testing door open and there was lots of noise. Not sure if I can provide feedback regarding this.
11. On one of the sections, when I entered the answer (numerical value), and I knew it was the right answer- I would be given a beeping sound when pressing a key and it would do this for several of attempts. I notified the proctor, pressed the same answer multiple times and after about 5xs, it FinAlly let me proceed.
12. The computer during practicing sections of the real test, kept on freezing.
I hope I passed! Good luck to all. Feel free to ask away, and I’ll try to answer quickly. Other than that-
Can you please post the website link of where to get the prep software? Can you please tell me what software you used for the prep? Thanks!
