I was nose deep in a strippers' nether regions last week and I still didn't get the Wuhan wheeze so I think the vaccine is pretty effective.

Not management (dirty word around here) - more like the mothership. I could tell you our name but it wouldn't mean anything to you. We're from the same government you work for, at the same agency, but we're not your supervisor, or your ATM, or your general manager (if you even know what that is), or your service area director (you definitely never heard of them), or your Air Traffic Services VP (no, I'm not talking about Kamala Harris) - we're over a few spaces to the side of your org chart and then up a little bit higher and work in a big white castle on the National Mall.

After reading it, it sounds like the FAA is trying to develop a “game” that will produce qualified individuals… last time something like this was done, it was a failed experiment that’s still going (ATSAT is now ATSA). Not every controller is a video gamer either.

I don’t blame them for trying though. The skills that a high level gamer has translate almost perfectly to this job.
