my fac rep said it would be ... another person said tomorrow at 11am EST but that wouldn't make sense since it's a weekend.

Well, the last one was executed on Weds, June 22nd and posted same day. Not sure why this one would be any different despite it being at the end of the week. Especially after being delayed already.

It was the next day. Natca site and ksn around the same time, but ksn slightly quicker than natca.

Here's a pro-tip to anyone new to NCEPT: They don't care. They don't care about posting the results the day of. They don't care that you are sitting there stressing about your future and dying to know if you were picked. You can wait. They don't care that you want to transfer. You are literally a number. They are worried about the big picture. The rules are constantly changing and the last several years these changes have made it harder and harder to transfer. It sucks, but that's the environment we're in.

I'm not even saying this to sound negative - its just a fact. The sooner you realize this, the better off you will be. Just sit back and assume things will work out eventually.
