Leaving NATCA outside January

That's true, but it doesn't change that PAC contributions should never be a basis for promotion. Monetary contributions anywhere should not be a basis for promotion. If I have a rich family and can easily donate to the PAC while the guy next to me is a 10x better controller (He's not. I'm the best controller in the FAA obviously) but he has student debt and prioritizes paying that off there is no reason I should be ranked higher. All that does is reward those already better off.
It’s not a promotion

Being pro-union has zero correlation to your controlling ability.
Neither does your Facility Pay Level

Old system all the way. Put a 4 level cap in for terminal facilities, but no cap to jump to a center.

Facilities should be able to staff up to 100% then especially for the middle facilities that aren’t 11 or 12. So many more spots would open up at those places instead of now where they can’t pick up.

If there was a cap it should be based on your highest level certification. You could go from a 9 to a 12 then say go to a 7 because you needed to be in an area. Why can’t you go back to a 12 from a 7 if you checked out at a 9 before?

15 here. 2 newly CPCs. Reason being trainees getting the shaft last from covid. The worked at the facility but couldnt train.

Myself and at least 4 others at my facility already turned in our papers. I’m sure quite a few more will follow. I don’t think people are really scared to leave. I don’t see why anybody would be “afraid “or “not have the balls”. It’s just a union. They’re supposed to support you but they don’t employ you.
