I have an Active/Up to date Class 2 Medical Certification, when I called and asked about if I can use it. They said I couldn’t because they wanted it to be under the expense of the FAA. Which makes zero sense to me.

The ATC isn't completely the same as a Class 2 pilot medical. You'd still need an EKG anyway.

Completely normal. You gotta do a EKG, which isn’t done on the medical for contract towers. Your security should be good, so you won’t have to do finger prints, etc.

Medical and Drug test scheduled for this coming Monday. Then wait to see if I’m Medically cleared

Got my CIL instructions today. Does the clearance process take long? Ive held previous and currently holding a secret clearance thru my army career and contract ATC afterwards. Will that help?
