For 2152 jobs, definitely. If you’re understaffed, they’re not gonna let you leave on some supe bid as easily. It’ll require a deviation, which can be a shot in the dark.

I figured. I knew releasing would be a factor if it were true, but I was wondering if it was the same as NCEPT where if your facility's understaffed, you don't get considered.

Release policy applies to every single job in the ATO, as I understand it. Not just 2152 jobs. You have to bid in another line of business if you want to get out without the staffing numbers or a deviation.

Nah, you can be understaffed and still be considered for outside-of-NCEPT jobs. It's just unlikely you'd be selected, and unlikelier to get the deviation approved if you're really understaffed.

so I’m not really good with the NCEPT rules, neither did I expect to get picked up. If my facility was eligible to release in round 1 & the facility I put in a ERR too was eligible to pick up in round 1 & 2 can i ask why I’m not ranked I just was excited to see where I stood… (I checked my email and my ERR is good for 5/23) so I’m confused.

I’m pretty sure the list posted is an old/incorrect list. Or possibly incomplete list. In the scenario you described you should have been ranked

I don’t think it’s all wrong because one facility I have in for there’s someone else at my facility that has in for and from what I understand we’re the only ones ever to put in for that place I think some pages may be mixed up

This was published as received. I did ask the FOIA Coordinator to confirm this was the August panel and not May, and she confirmed this was for the August panel.
