You have your medical clearance but not your MMPI? Your medical clearance includes the MMPI-2 test results and the DT results when your packet reaches HR.

Hoping for a call either Monday or Tuesday since I was cleared on Friday.

I could probably email again for some clarity as I had a confusing email exchange with a POC that I don't believe is mine and was told just waiting on MMPI results. So not really sure to be honest cause yeah MMPI is apart of medical.

Little update...
Security Clearance check is complete (Just recently completed and granted a clearance by OPM for my Federal Job)
MMPI- Emailed Medical on status and was notified that I was cleared.
Medical/Drug test- Completed Feb 16

The process is moving pretty fast. I'm going terminal and hoping I can get a class date in possibly April or May. Last year a co-worker of mine got TOL in January and was in the Academy by June. Lets see what happens! Good luck to everyone!

That seems rash and counterproductive. Why would they fire you? Are you never allowed to try and advance your career while you work with them?

It's a small company, the decision came down from the owner himself. Bruised ego maybe.

Not sure that's completely legal (assuming you haven't had any other reasons to justify the firing). Don't know what state you're in, but you should be able to at least collect unemployment.

That sucks to hear. I was genuinely concerned for my own job, but was pleasantly surprised to have a supportive supervisor. The horrifying part for you is there’s still no guarantee for a job yet. Hopefully the process will be a quick one for you and you can laugh at it in the future. It amazes me how personally some businesses take that.
I just did my MMPI this morning, and I have my medical and drug test scheduled for next Monday and Tuesday. Here’s to (Hopefully) finishing the gauntlet that is the pre-employment process and getting an FOL.

So far people have been getting phone calls with like 3 dates a few weeks apart and then get the official FOL with the date they chose a day later.
