It's Over (Finally)

remember when trump had a mob distract from his fake electors scheme that pence said you dont have the right to do? and if you say well you didnt prove it in court, than neither did trump that the election was stolen. you guys looooooooooove to play the victim as much as a blue hair does.

you cant have a coup of a political party. the electors still voted for her at the convention, unless you dont know how our elections in political parties and the general election work? the party itself should has no power, well maybe it does simply because of lobbying. but now youll have all branches of government. get rid of political parties and money entirely in politics, the parties would no longer be funded, that would solve this don't you think? but nah, you wont do that. youll go after the fbi, and education because they are the devil. and take all that money for deportations really showing how fiscally conservative yall are.

Don’t most of the undocumented otherwise and overwhelmingly act reasonably and follow the law? They all are rapist murderers?

Police tyranny is a very upfront issue with a very simple solution. Fire them, and jail them. Police misconduct payouts? Take it out of their budget instead of a taxpayer funded insurance policy. Wanna see how fast they begin following the law? Both solutions also assist in the reduction of government spending. Or at least ensuring spending is legitimate.

I’m not even arguing that immigrants can’t be handled. That’s the difference between you and I. But I just dismantled your ignorant diatribe with obvious and easy solutions for behavior you are okay with. You just throw up your hands and say, well that’s too hard to handle. Also let’s mention the other crimes they commit like dui, assault, domestic violence, etc. and continue to retain their jobs. That’s the real American spirit.
I never said I was okay with police misconduct nor did I say it was too hard to handle. I simply said it’s a more embedded issue and is not as straight foreword to deal with when compared to securing the border. This is a simple comparison my man. Not sure why you’re attempting to put words in my mouth for merely saying that you presented an apples to oranges comparison.

I don’t speak juvenile cartoon.

Wake me up when they change the headshots by the front office

Hey, it’s a convicted felon who wears more makeup than Dolly Parton, has man boobs, the world’s worst combover, can’t walk down a ramp, drinks from a glass with 2 hands like a toddler with a sippy cup, and a huge fat gut. In other words, the epitome of “manliness” in right-wing circle jerks.

Bringing things back a little closer to home, another 3 hours early release has been approved for *all* DOT employees today.

All in all by the end of the Biden/Mayor Pete regime, there will have been well over 100 hours of admin leave granted that air traffic controllers have effectively been exempted from. No leave. No additional OT pay. Not even credit. Nothing. Over 2.5 pay periods worth of leave that’s just gone down the drain. We’ve benefited so much from the “most union friendly administration in history.” Fuck these clowns and fuck NATCA for supporting them while simultaneously refusing to ask them to just treat controllers like the rest of the workforce. A complete joke.

Well it’ll be fair next year

unlawful and unconstitutional Police misconduct is as easy to deal with as illegal immigration. you are in fact saying its hard by saying its a more embedded issue and not as straight forward. its exactly as straight forward as this.......

1. Don't allow it. ever.
2. Don't excuse or defend it. ever.
3. Arrest and prosecute offenders.

thats the same exact solution you are proposing for immigrants who break the law.

do you see why its easy to put words in your mouth yet?

Point 1: Presenting yourself at the border and making an asylum claim is NOT illegal. That is how many of the undocumented immigrants arrive.

Point 2: Can we deport Apartheid Boy Elmo Musk now since he also broke immigration law by not attending college while he was on a student visa and working unlawfully in violation of that student visa? Was he or was he not an “illegal immigrant” from the precise moment he violated his student visa requirements. Or, do we make exceptions for white South Africans with Apartheid roots?
1. You still have to go through a legal port of entry to claim asylum, Sherlock. Or you were at least supposed to. The Biden/Harris admin will let anyone claim asylum who’s already been here for up to a year doing whatever the hell they want.

2. I do believe your application of immigration law to point Elon Musk as an illegal immigrant for a period of time to be correct. However, you brought him up out of spite because he’s a conservative, and not only did he since obtain legal citizenship, but he also didn’t come here and break our laws like many illegal immigrants do.

The fact that y’all are still so hung up on the pitfalls of immigration policy for the Biden/Harris administration is wild. Go outside and touch grass, you all need it as these last couple days have been quite the fruitful exhibition of salt and coping.

When the Apartheid profiteer broke immigration law, the requirement was for him to be deported. His entire citizenship is based on fraud. Let’s deport him now.

Who’s requirement to have him deported? Biden’s or Harris’s? Certainly not lmao.

With your assertion, let’s deport all the other illegals as well that waltzed right in here and have brought drugs, human trafficking and nefarious intent with them.

This is an absolutely valid argument. For an overwhelming majority though that is their only crime. They come here to work on farms and in restaurants and cause no problems.

However, when you swing the complete opposite way and say they are all terrorists and murders and eating my family dog isn’t that being disingenuous? Especially while excusing similar crimes funded by American taxypayers? It’s pointing the finger and ignoring some equally fixable problems.I’ll say that again, peope excuse and in fact defend crimes committed by police, and tax payer funded jobs, which are are actual acts of tyranny. Something they swear they are against.

That does not mean we shouldn’t restrict illegals entering. I’m Looking forward to seeing that price tag along with the deportations and half baked arguments justifiying spending half a trillion in 4 years and how fiscally responsible it is, because you can’t put a price tag on national security. When you can make the same argument for say education, you can’t put a price tag on educating our children.
Yeah i was just pointing out when you argue with people you need to stick to the fact violent crimes are committed at a much lower rate

I’m holding out for hope that Biden throws the whole fed a bone on his way out. He doesn’t sign the alternative pay plan till December
This comment isn't directed at you. It's for educational purposes for all. An alternative pay plan that is not funded by Congress is robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Having been a member here seemingly forever, it's not surprising how few of you have a clue about the differences with authorization and appropriation and their connection to the intricacies of Congressionally-approved pay raises and President-selected alternative pay plans.

Let there be no mistake... throwing all feds a bone (as it relates to pay) on the way out the door would be a terrible idea. What do I mean? Let me use last FY as an example. Biden authorized an alternative pay plan of 4.7% plus 0.5% for locality in August 2023 to begin in January 2024. What happened? We did get that money; however, Congress did not appropriate funds to cover this amount, which left it on the Agencies to fund out of other budget lines. For the FAA, replacement of equipment reaching obsolescence (at or near the end of its lifecycle) was delayed or cancelled, purchase of spare parts was delayed or not purchased, repairs of non-critical systems were delayed or cancelled, facility maintenance was pushed-back until it could not be pushed-back any further, and on and on and on.
