Will NATCA and the FAA extend the contract?

I actually want to know if any major cities didn’t have riots in the continental US. That’s it. I didn’t make any claims one way or the other. So how’s that a logic fallacy?
Edited my post to illustrate.

The original claim is that they happened in every major city.

The discussion was about the felon directing a violent coup attempt and his cult supporting it. Introducing non-pertinent topics rather than addressing the actual issue is precisely the definition of whataboutism. Nothing that occurred in the summer of 2020 has any relevant bearing on the felon’s actions and his cult’s support for those actions.

Your definition of a riot is a bit broad. Occupying a highway isn’t a riot
i didn’t define what a riot is. I wouldn’t call occupying a highway a riot. Certainly disruptive but not a riot.
You may not be MAGA stupid, but you are still using a logical fallacy.

Burden of proof falls on the person who makes the claim.

Illustration...
Prosecutor: your honor, the defendant raped the victim.
Defense: that's a lie

... the judge does not then say it's the defense making *the claim* that it's a lie, and that they need to prove otherwise. Rather *the claim* is still that the defendant raped the victim.
In your example of a trial the defense would then go on to prove why the claim is a lie.

I didn’t make any claims that I need to support or defend. DOD claimed it was a lie that every major city had a riot. So I asked for evidence to support that statement.

You clearly don’t understand how trials or the legal system in general work. The defense does not even have to put on a case. The defense can simply move for the judge to dismiss the case after the prosecution rests for failure to prove the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge can do so without even giving the jury a chance to deliberate.

The original claim that every major city (with no exceptions) had riots was the claim requiring proof.

Today we’re law experts. Nice.
Why not? The following have been deemed experts fit to lead entire departments/federal agencies:

RFK Jr & his brain worm: HHS Secretary

Pete Hegseth of Fox & Friends: Secretary of Defense

Matt Gaetz of pedo fame: Attorney General

So, why can’t we be experts as well?

So you never did answer me, any other major cities not have riots? Besides Honolulu?

When you make an outrageous claim that there was riots in every major city you can put the onus on everyone else to
Prove there wasn’t. I live in a city there was never a riot…
I didn’t make the claim. I asked for evidence supporting the claim it was a lie.

Plenty of cities didn’t have riots. The comment referenced major cities which admittedly is subjective. What major city do you live in?
