That is unknown at this time, posted above in a reply is the last page of the MOU which is the service agreement itself for new hires. And it has fillable blanks for an HR specialist to literally fill in the “from” and “to” dates.

I believe that is for the eligible to retire people. The AGs should not have to do anything to get their bonus.

Probably do the same length as PCS payments and do a year by default.

Actual trainees in facilities today struggle to pay rent at AG pay are getting bonuses after today. Bues eligible to retire are able to get bonuses after today, which helps your staffing. So yes people in facilities today will get bonuses.

His point is that everyone seems to be getting a raise except the CPCs that show up and work airplanes everyday and aren’t retirement eligible. AGs and those who are retirement eligible are effectively minorities here. Bear in mind we were sold a bag of goods with Nick’s promises of a “day one pay MOU” while on the campaign trail…

All great stuff... but my pay has been falling behind for years and I want NATCA to fight to get us ALL raises. The close to retirement people already pay much less for retirement than me, they have prime days off and generally have not been the ones as hurt by the pay problem.
Also it seems maybe that we could have negotiated with this administration... they are willing to actually try to make shit work. Not going to lie that's surprising as fuck.

What it looks like to me is this will be temporary (per duffy and the mou), so a few lucky people are getting hooked up with some big bonuses. But then the rest of us will not getting anything, and we will still be looking at being forced to 56 to retire. Anyone in the middle right now gets fucked all while NATCA touts a fucking win? NATCA has straight up let the FAA know they think we are paid perfectly fine and the "new" contract we got is great... thats what Duffy said and backed up by ND. The agency "fixed" ATC and gets to say they hooked us up but my paycheck goes up 0 and my benefits go backwards. That's what's wrong with this. The moment we got that fucking pay thing from NATCA trying to convince us we make enough I should have seen the writing on the wall... thats what main NATCA thinks. They think we are great and they did a great job. They are disconnected

You literally have no fucking idea what is said between NATCA, the Agency and Duffy behind closed doors. NATCA has straight up asked Duffy and the FAA for more money for everybody. But fuck facts and reality. Lets live in your mental delusions and your blind faith in a political news conference targeted at dipshits who watch 24/7 news networks.
